Human resources management is a field that is constantly changing and adapts to the current market situation. In this sector, constant education and trend monitoring is very necessary. As an HR manager of an international corporation, I feel the need to continually deepen my knowledge while confronting it with the experience of my colleagues. The MBA at the Business Institut brought me a lot of knowledge, but also a shift in personal development. I appreciate the quality of the lecturers who have always adapted their lectures to their current needs. The theoretical parts were based on very useful knowledge from practice. I would also highlight the very pleasant environment and the excellent service of the Study Department. I can recommend studying at Business Institut with a clear conscience.
