As part of the top management of a manufacturing company, expanding my knowledge and acquiring the most up-to-date know-how is a prerequisite for my success. As part of my studies, I specifically focused on leadership, which is a key area in my current managerial practice. Thanks to the knowledge and comprehensive support of the lecturers at the Business Institute, I was able to grasp and draw up the topic, which I then used in practice to fulfill managerial tasks and set corporate goals. Studying at the Business Institute significantly broadened my horizons, showed me new possibilities, insights, attitudes and ways of evaluating situations related to leadership. Studying helped me to be much more informed and manage challenging goals associated with selection, leadership and motivation of people.
