Completing managerial MBA studies at the Business Institut has significantly helped me to start a career as a leader in the banking sector. Throughout my studies, I have acquired and learned important skills and knowledge in leading people I meet and work with in everyday practice. Thanks to lecturers, who are not just theoreticians, but experts from different professions, I have had a great personal development, both in seminars and in other study activities, which have acquired the necessary depth and have been a great asset to me. The MBA study has reinforced and directed me to address key management situations correctly.
