Ing. and Ing. Soňa Španielová, Ph.D., MBA has many years of experience as a lecturer in the field of corporate strategy, managerial skills, business and presentation skills, project management, communication and personal effectiveness. She is also a consultant for HR development in the conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2006, she has been an assistant professor at the Department of Social Sciences of the University of Political and Social Sciences, s.r.o., where she teaches management. She obtained a certificate for professional pedagogical activities in teaching applied economics and is a certified evaluator of the Operational Program Human Resources and Employment..
