Mgr. Tibor A. Brečka, MBA, LL.M. Ph.D.

Mgr. Tibor A. Brečka, MBA, LL.M. Ph.D. is a crisis interventionist, psychotherapist - a member of the Czech Psychotherapeutic Society of the Czech Medical Society of Jan Evangelista Purkyně, American Psychological Association and an extraordinary member of the Association of Forensic Psychologists of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. He is the head of the psychology section at the Safe School Association.

He works at the Institute of Humanities Newton College Prague, Department of Health Sciences and Population Protection, Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, CTU, and is a doctoral student at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague, majoring in medical psychology and psychopathology.

He worked at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague and the Institute of Postgraduate Education in Health Care. He deals with issues of forensic psychology, disaster psychology, crisis communication and risk communication, and ethical aspects of emergencies and healthcare. It cooperates with the Police of the Czech Republic, the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Army of the Czech Republic and other security entities.
