By submitting a Contact Form or Application Form, a visitor to the website www.businessinstitut.eu (hereinafter referred to as “the Visitor”) confirms that it is compliant with the terms and conditions of the privacy policy which it accepts without reservation and in its entirety. Without such consent, the Contact Form or the Application Form may not be submitted.

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (“the Regulation”)

When submitting a Contact Form, the following personal information is required: email address. The purpose of personal data processing is to address the customer’s question. The Institut shall be entitled to keep contact information for a period of ten years from the date of granting of the privacy policy. The Institut is entitled to send a visitor a commercial notice concerning only the Institut’s activities. This consent can be revoked at any time by the customer using the check-in form provided in the email. After this time, the data will be deleted.

When submitting an Application, the following personal information is required: name, surname, address, email address, phone number. With the application form, the visitor can also send documents related to the study (proof of the last achieved education, recognition of the education abroad, declaration of practice). The purpose of processing personal data is to process the application and communication aimed at concluding the Study Agreement. The Institut shall be entitled to keep contact details for a period of ten years from the date of granting of the privacy policy. The Institut is entitled to send a visitor a commercial notice concerning only the Institut’s activities. This consent can be revoked at any time by the customer using the check-in form provided in the email. After this time, the data will be deleted.

The Institut undertakes not to transmit personal data to a third party for the purpose of sending any commercial notifications.

The visitor has the right to be informed about the processing of their personal data. At the same time, the customer may request: access to personal data, repair, or replenishment, deletion, limitation of processing, data portability, or objection, or request that it no longer be subject to automated individual decision making with legal or similar effects, including profiling.

There is no automatic individual decision by the Provider.

By checking the consent, the customer confirms that he / she has duly read these Terms of Privacy, that he / she fully understands them and agrees with them in their entirety.

The Provider is entitled to change these Terms. The Provider is obliged to publish without undue delay the new version of the Terms and Conditions on its website, or sends a new version to the User at his email address.

Relationships between these terms and conditions not expressly regulated are governed by the Regulation and the laws of the Czech Republic.

These terms come into effect on September 1, 2019.
